How much does it cost?
Every session is different. Instead of forcing you into a package with prints, digitals, or poses you don't want -- we tailor each session to your specific needs. Most sessions start at around $200.
Where are you located?
We have a studio in downtown Macon where we shoot the vast majority of our studio-style sessions. We also have arrangements across Middle Georgia to shoot in unique locations that meet the needs of most clients. All of our locations are within 30 minutes of Macon.
When do you shoot?
We can shoot 7 days/week to meet your schedule. Many of our outdoor shoots are after 5pm to take advantage of the beautiful summer sunsets in Middle Georgia!
How do I schedule?
We don't take any appointments until we have had a chance to chat with you to understand what you're looking for. The easiest way to get in touch with us is via email will@hanleyvisual.com. This gives us an opportunity to assess possible locations, determine availability, and provide you with an accurate cost estimate.
Are parents required to come?
Yes. A parent must accompany all Seniors or groups of Seniors (one parent can chaperone a group, but must be present the entire time during the shoot).
Can I use a Senior Formal taken by Hanley Visual in my yearbook?
Probably not, unless we are the official Senior Formal photographer for your school.
Why should I have Hanley Visual take a Senior Formal if I can't use it in my yearbook?
Because it looks better. We spend the time to get the perfect shot you'll be proud to show off. You won't leave our studio without seeing every formal shot we take. We'll also show them to you in real-time, and we'll keep making adjustments until we capture one you love! We've also perfected a wide variety of styles and backgrounds to ensure our photos can be displayed side-by-side with most older sibling photos. This is especially important if your school has recently moved to a new photographer with a different style for the "official" yearbook senior formal.
Do you do group sessions?
Absolutely. In fact, we prefer it. It's more cost-effective for you and more efficient for us. Plus you'll get the added bonus of taking group poses with your friends as well as individuals. It's a win-win.
